研究兴趣:
:受体(包括G蛋白偶联受体和核受体)的结构和信号传导,以及相应的药物开发


1995年本科毕业于南京大学,生理专业。2000年在中国科学院上海生化研究所获得分子生物学博士学位,随后在美国国立卫生研究所进行核激素受体转录调控和信号传导的博士后工作,主要研究对象是糖皮质激素受体激活的分子机制。2008年作为研究科学家到位于密西根的范安德研究所从事激素受体(包括糖皮质激素受体和G蛋白偶联受体)的结构及相应抗炎类药物开发工作。2014成为范安德研究所的研究助理教授。2017年底加入哈尔滨工业大学生命科学中心。

 

研究兴趣

主要研究兴趣是激素类受体,包括糖皮质类激素受体(Glucocorticoid Receptor)和G蛋白偶联受体(G-protein coupled receptors GPCR)的结构,信号传导和相应的疾病药物开发。总体研究目标是利用各种结构生物学手段,包括是当前新兴的冷冻电镜技术,来解决信号传导上的关键机制,并转化成与疾病直接相关的治疗和药物开发,包括所谓的转化性研究(Translational Research)。
